I have been a customer of Pivot Point Communications, Inc. for over a year now and I must say their service is average. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. However, I find their pricing a bit high compared to other similar companies in the market. Overall, my experience with Pivot Point Communications, Inc. has been satisfactory.
