I am so happy that I joined Southcoast Gymnastics! The trainers are incredibly supportive and encouraging. They always make sure I am using the correct form and technique to prevent any injuries. The facilities here are excellent with a wide range of equipment. The classes are fun, and I love the positive and friendly environment. Can't recommend it enough!
