Bluecore did not deliver, they botched the plan or ESP migrating essentially shutting down my email marketing efforts for over a month. What is told and presented to you in the sales process is misleading and not accurate. They start off the price really high in the sales process then they drop the price by 1/3 in the end. They operate as a fly by night company have have no strategic planning in place. There is nothing proprietary about their platform that uses Sendgrid and Justuno. They donet even have a hosted unsubscribe page they can offer and expect you to use one from MailChimp. I brought up concerns on multiple calls and multiple employees can be heard laughing at these concerns in the background on multiple calls. Weekly calls are a joke and lasted 5 minutes and I felt like I was wasting everyone time during the set on-boarding phase, little to no strategy or insight was offered as how to proceed. Training was not provided and I was told multiple time the sales rep would give me training but that never happened. I had to figure out how to use the platform on my own and it was not very user friendly. They are not a very professional organization. The platform is not transparent and there is no way to view the send emails without emailing a rep and a response takes a few days. The email capture tool caused a negative effect on sales orders. Upper management is not helpful in resolving disputes and they just want to argue rather then offering solutions. I am the point of contact for all marketing efforts and the AVP is reaching out to the warehouse manager rather then calling me directly. The company is in complete disarray and I highly recommend using another ESP.
