LoudReader is an average company. The overall experience was just okay. I found their website to be user-friendly, but the customer service could use some improvement. The response time was slow, and I had to wait for a long time before receiving a resolution to my issue. The prices are affordable, but the quality of the products is average as well. I think there are better options out there.
