I dropped off a script, and left. I came back in to pick up a couple prescriptions and couldn t afford one and asked what I could get instead. Young women was great and explained that the other medication we were recieving was the same just administered differently at 1/4 of the cost. I went to leave and realized I hadnt recieved another medication that is not covered by my insurance and asked for said medication, I then in return was paitronized by an older man about the expense of this other medication. I find It completely unprofessional that I was repromanded with snarky insults because we have to decide what medications we are able to afford and ones we cannot! Would he have said this to my husband? Or did he enjoy patronizing a women with her two children? Does your company not encounter families that cannot afford medications?
