I had a mixed experience with NetCorps. On one hand, their customer service was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and responsive, and they resolved my issue quickly. On the other hand, I found their website to be somewhat confusing and difficult to navigate. Overall, though, my experience was positive and I would recommend NetCorps to others.
