My experience with Joe S Wrecker Service was average. The driver arrived on time and efficiently towed my vehicle. However, there were some delays at the service center, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. It took longer than expected to get my car back. Although the service was satisfactory in the end, I hope they can work on improving their efficiency and customer service.
