I couldn't be happier with the self-defense classes at React Defense! The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about what they do. They create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment, which is perfect for beginners like me. The techniques we learn are practical and effective. The workouts are challenging but also a lot of fun. React Defense has helped me gain confidence and feel safer in my day-to-day life. I highly recommend their self-defense classes to everyone!
