I met Chris Myers of Forsters LLP in Hong Kong in 2014 when I purchased a property off plan in London City Island when I was a chair professor in a local university. The conveyancing went smoothly under his leadership of the conveyancing team. In September 2020, the same property was sold, with sales memorandum issued. Despite the tough time under COVID-19, the conveyancing again went through very smoothly under the outstanding care of Tracy Hon, Senior Associate. She has clearly shown an outstanding quality in dedication, patience and professionalism in getting the exchange of contract and completion done in good time for November.
