I had a mixed experience with J-14. The customer service was excellent, they were very responsive and helped me resolve an issue with my order quickly. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the product I received. It looked great in the pictures, but in reality, it felt cheap and poorly made. I expected better from a brand like J-14. Despite this setback, I appreciate their customer service and would consider giving them another chance in the future.
