I booked 6 rooms for 2-3 mlm for family because there was a wedding at the mosque, 1 room leaked the ceilings, 1 room in the minibar had other guests' juice glasses, all rooms were not cleaned in the afternoon because there was no request from us to request cleaning (? ?) Are you kidding? The communication staff is not smooth & less attention especially the front office. Not rekomended htl, too bad even though its strategic location. Please improved quality of service HR & maintenance htl room, thanks.
