My experience with Fortress Software Inc. has been both positive and negative. On one hand, their website matchmake.com is easy to navigate and the features provided are commendable. The customer support, on the other hand, has proven to be quite disappointing. They were slow in responding to my queries, and the solutions provided were not satisfactory. I hope Fortress Software Inc. takes this feedback constructively and improves their customer support.
