I had a mixed experience with Hafetz and Associates. The overall service was average, but I found some aspects to be lacking. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the response time was a bit slow. I appreciate their expertise in the field, but I expected a more efficient service. Despite the shortcomings, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily.
