I recently hired Aquadry for waterproofing and structural solutions 😊🏠. Overall, my experience with them was average 🤷‍♀️. The technicians arrived on time and were polite and professional 👍. However, I felt that the quality of the work could have been better. The waterproofing solution they provided was effective, but the finishing could have been neater 😕. I also had some concerns about the communication. It took a bit longer than expected to receive a response from their customer service team, which was a bit frustrating 😬. On the positive side, their pricing was competitive 💵. While I appreciate their efforts and the results achieved, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and communication.
