I took my '13 Avalon in for 85k mile service. Joe, Service Writer, handled everything in a very quick and professional manner. He even assisted me at checkout when I purchased replacement windshield wiper blades. He pleasantly surprised me when he offered, and I accepted his offer, to install them on the car. WOW! This is my second experience with Joe - I would be very pleased if he were always my point of service contact with Sun Toyota!
