I recently booked a vacation with Ross holidays and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process went smoothly. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The room was not as clean as I expected and the staff was not very attentive. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more.
