I recently used U Travel LLC for my vacation and I must say, it was an average experience. The website, utravel.mn, was easy to navigate and book my trip. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. The overall experience was just okay, nothing special.
