I recently completed a customer service training at Escuela de Servicio al Cliente de Nicaragua (ESSAC) and I must say it was an average experience. The trainers were knowledgeable and the content was relevant, but the delivery was a bit dry. I feel like there could have been more interactive activities to keep the participants engaged. Overall, it was a decent course.
