Appalling company. Charges are excessive ( 110 call-out even if it is a fault with their product), service is non-existent. They are great at sending bills but they literally never respond to queries on them. They don't manage thier invoicing properly so you can be paying your bill every month and they'll refer back to a historic one you weren't aware of and chrage interest on that rather than using a simple LIFO principle that any company would use unless they are trying to screw their customers for more money through penalties etc. But the worst thing is just the complete lack of response to emails. They are an internet provider and yet they don't respond to internet based communication at all! And their call centre is just useless. In any other country the telecoms regulator would have shut them down years ago.
