I share the opinion of Mr. Rolf Ryser. The Bernaqua is an adventure pool! (means: children and bustle (probably in every sense)) can be expected accordingly.
We celebrated our daughter's birthday here and everything was perfectly prepared and we would love to come back.
To the dirty cloakroom area: everyone has to take their own nose! It is not the Bernaqua team that is to blame, but the people who care about the others.
The only point of criticism in this regard: you might have to mention in the ring return location that the people in line also want to go on the slide. The lack of decency is also to blame here.
