I have been using the services of Service charge consultants limited for the past year and I must say they have been average. While they do a decent job, there is definitely room for improvement. The team is responsive and professional, but sometimes the communication can be a bit slow. The fees charged by the company are reasonable and they do provide a detailed breakdown of all the charges. Overall, I would rate them as average.
