I recently attended a training session conducted by Rewards Training Consultants and it was an average experience overall. The trainers were knowledgeable and the content was relevant, but the delivery was a bit monotonous and could have been more engaging. However, I appreciated the practical exercises that allowed us to apply the concepts we learned. I would recommend the company for their expertise, but improvements in delivery style would make a significant difference.
