I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Maxwell Stephens recruitment. While I appreciate their efforts, I felt that the communication could have been better. The consultants seemed overwhelmed with their workload, resulting in delays and a lack of follow-up. However, they were able to eventually help me find a suitable position.
