I had a mixed experience with Promdisk technology limited. While their website promdisk.net is easy to use and has a good selection of products, their customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and their answers were not helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with their products but their customer service needs improvement.
