We had an amazing experience at Rick Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte. We picked out a car we loved and when we got there, it was washed, polished and waiting for us. Everyone was very professional. There was no pressure sales. They listened to us, what we could afford and made it happen. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends !!
