Poor service. Try to make an appointment for a phlebotomy and you will be put on hold forever. When it finally gets down to no callers ahead you get another recording asking you to leave a message. This has happened every time I have ever called..

You asked me to edit my review so here it is.
This hospital has serious billing issues as well. If you have ever had to use this facility you know what I am talking about. Unfortunately I have been there many times and every time and I mean every time I received a bill it has been incorrect, and always the Medical Center wants more money than what is owed.
I have been receiving a bill for services from 11/02/17 and it has been paid in full since conception. I am still getting a bill for $145.00 to this date I receive one every month. I take it down to the billing office and they agree it has been paid and will stop sending the bill. That lasts till the next billing cycle and I receive the same bill again.
My suggestion is that if you need medical services you should consider anywhere but this incompetent facility. Can you imagine if the cardio center is ran like the billing office!
When I mention this facility to the specialists in Durango they ask me to please make the drive, and I will.
There are other options and I will use them. If there is an emergency this should probably be the last choice.
