I came at 11 AM to pick up my wife who has done checking and was about to get her medicine at pharmacy. I left at 1:30 PM for important meeting without her. She is still waiting. This is not a isolated cases.

KK expects patients to follow their process, just queue and wait, but they don t bother to tell what are to be done. No way for us to plan the time in advance. I guess they don t really care how much time we waste.
