We started using Kudos at our office this year and...

We started using Kudos at our office this year and it has made the engagement of staff with our values a new game. They are all involved in sharing with each other how they feel that they have performed. It has brought with it a greater connection to our values, to collaboration, to celebration and to sharing success. All of this creates a culture of engagement which I am proud of. Really recommend Kudos.
