I have had an average experience with Natural Homes. Their website could use some improvement in terms of navigation and layout. The information about their products and services is decent, but it is not presented in a user-friendly manner. Also, I found it difficult to find contact information for customer support. Overall, Natural Homes is an okay company to work with.
