I recently purchased some products from Mtr distribuidora through their website mtrshop.com.br. The overall experience was average. The products were delivered on time and were of decent quality. However, the customer service could have been better. The representatives were not very helpful and it took them quite some time to resolve my query. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
