Today, on 03.10.2019 my girlfriend and I were at Hopi Hari. We pay a total of R $ 360,00 reais with passports and parking. On this day, there was excursion of several schools. We had an amazing day, until when we went to Montezum twice there was an unfortunate, inconvenient, humiliating and unprepared scene. We made an early and polite request to one of the monitors so we could let someone pass in front of us because we wanted one of the first places, as we paid a lot in passports. Unfortunately we were confused with the school children and teenagers (we are 20 and 23 years old). The monitors wouldn't let us finish talking; lacked with respect and ethics; they spoke loudly to everyone else to listen on purpose, for there was no need to shout as we were close; the in-cabin monitor with the microphone began to speak loudly also humiliating us through the microphone. Thus, we were forced to enter the toy where they informed that if we do not enter the toy would not operate. We paid dearly and we could not if we want to choose the place to sit, since the time we went was not full the queue, we stayed around 10 minutes at most so empty. I didn't think we would go through this shame twice in public, I thought it was an amusement park anyway. We really had a night of terror. Such a large and well-known park should be prepared to distinguish teenagers from regular excursions and payers.
