once again Manny at service desk went out of his w...

once again Manny at service desk went out of his way to really help me.

My a6 needed recall fix,new tires and full detail. He had a loaner ready

and i quickly exited. Then,,it started pouring rain,parts needed ordering

but i was secure w/my loaner. BUt i worried that the detail would be

ruined by rain outside. Manny's solution"well park the a6 inside,finish detail and leave inside until i arrive. It looks beautifulndrives like a dream and not one rain spot.....thanks Manny!!
