I had a less than satisfactory experience with Legal Protection Group Limited. The service was subpar, and I didn't feel like my concerns were adequately addressed. The website was difficult to navigate, and the response time was slow. I expected better service given the reputation of the company. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their services.
