My husband had a colonoscopy there and his doctor and the facility were in network. However we received a bill a month later from Campbell Anesthesia Group for $1,000 and discovered they were out of network. We had no choice in selecting the Anesthesia Group used and were not told in advance they were out of network. We were told they are only in network with medicare. Will not use this facility again.
