Not so much a view of this place as a sad overview...

Not so much a view of this place as a sad overview of the poor quality of the products sold and distributed by this company. Very disappointing to find that a brand new bath and all the fittings bought under the Ideal Standard flag could be allowed out of the factory in such a state. Supporting legs that are not even close to being able to be fitted and cannot even be bent to fit ....timber framed that are bonded to the bath that are made from over dried wood that splinters and even worse, is set below the bath edge. This means the brackets to mount to the wall don't fit correctly.... overall quality and customer service, even in these times is below what it should be to paying customers. 1star out of 10...
