I must say that the service provided by Commonwealth Publishing LLC is average. The books I ordered arrived on time, but there were some printing errors in a few of them. The customer service team was responsive and offered replacements for the faulty books, but it was still an inconvenience. There is definitely room for improvement in their quality control.
