The nurses were understaffed. Though they tried to be helpful, they were obviously short staffed. My nurse ended up working from that morning until 11 at night because they didn't have enough nurses to come in. While I appreciate her effort, I don't want a tired nurse working 18 hours taking care of me!

Heartland continues to go downhill. The doctors are too busy to talk to you and the nurses are always running. I wonder what they miss because the hospital makes them hurry. They need to hire more nurses! That's probably why that patient caught on fire last year - and the nurses switched those babies and sent one home with the wrong momma - because the hospital is too cheap to hire enough people to do the job right.

I won't be back!
