Review of Grand Burstin Hotel

I was a bit weary of the hotel based on the review...

I was a bit weary of the hotel based on the reviews but I can definitely say it was much better than anticipated. The hotel room was clean and near enough to modern. The hotel is busy so I doubt they'll have time to fully refurbish the building. It was definitely worth the cost! The pool area was fine, could do with more facilities like a jacuzzi and the pool was quite cold for a heated pool but we still enjoyed it and the sauna. The location is great, nice views and a lovely environment. Customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend.
