Stopped by to get an oil change, the girl quoted me a different price than the one that they billed me inside the service center. The service center supervisor could find a reasonable explanation to why the price is different. She decided to blame the dealership for the price changes she said: 'Well that's Karl.' Additionally, she didn't show any respect to the service tech when he tried to explain why the price change. Eventually, a service manager stepped in and explained the situation. I am awfully displeased of the lack of leadership, organization, and professionalism. I'm not buying their services anymore.
