I had an average experience with Genesis advertising, design & pr. While their designs were visually appealing, I found their communication and response time to be lacking. It took a long time to receive updates and changes to our projects, which slowed down our timelines. Overall, their work was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and collaboration.
