Check in was pretty easy & smooth. We arrive late so there was no one in the lobby . Room was nice and big.. We had a oceanfront suite, the double balcony was beautiful. We could see the sunset . However they had no drinks or bottle waters in the mini fridge also the swim up bar side was not open u had to get out the pool n order ur drinks which was a bummer. The restaurants were all AMAZING. The service & food was excellent. Highly recommend just for the food alone

The night shows in the theater start at 830pm n they r a must watch. Tip: Bring mosquito repellent.
Also the ppl at the beach sell cute floaties for about $12 to $ 20 U.S dollars
Another thing that i didn't like was they hand wash cups not like in cabo where they put em in a sanitizing machine. So bring ur reusable cups n metal straws.
Its not impossible to catch a uber from outside the hotel but u might struggle a lil so schedule with time. But i would definitely plan another visit here.
I wanna give a shout out to the waiter name Joaquin at Casa Bella who seen that my kid was feeling a lil low due to severe sun burn n he made her a home made Gatorade that brought her back to life. Thank you.
- I was not charged for wifi on my reservation it said free wifi so please check b4 u book I did see a paper in the room saying if ur package didn't include wifi its extra. I also had phone service issues at this location
