I recently availed the services of an online cargo company, and my experience was average. Their website was easy to use, and the booking process was smooth. However, I expected better communication regarding the status of my shipment. The customer support team took longer than expected to respond to my queries. The overall service was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
