My experience at the Saint Simeon Long Hai Resort was average. The staff were polite and helpful, but the service was not exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but lacked the wow factor that I was expecting. The resort had a decent range of amenities, but nothing stood out as extraordinary. The food was satisfactory, with a limited selection. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I expected more from a resort of this caliber.
