I recently used the services of a company and had a mixed experience. The website was easy to navigate and had useful information. However, the customer support was not up to the mark. It took a long time to get a response and when I did, it was not very helpful. I hope Safety United improves their customer support in the future. Overall, I would rate them 2.5 out of 5.
