Managment has no respect for employees. Upper managment protect lower managment completly. On site Property managers answer to nobody, they blame employees for their shortcomings. Worst employer I have ever worked for in my 30 years of working. The most self rightous, self serving corporation I have ever experienced. The only christian part of this coporation is in their name. EGO's run this corporation. EGO= Edging God Out !!
