I moved into a River Bay townhome a few months ago and I am extremely happy with my decision. The location is great, close to everything I need. The townhome itself is spacious and well-designed. The management team is friendly and responsive. I have had no issues so far and I would highly recommend River Bay Development Corporation to anyone looking for a great place to live.
