I visited Gaucho for a business lunch. For starters I got the beef short ribs which were cut into cubes and perfectly cooked. The quality of meat was as good as it gets. For the main, I ordered the Rib-Eye Medium Well. While it was a good steak, it wasn't the best steak I've had. The pepper sauce I received with it was quite amazing though.
