I went to Ikea Amsterdam yesterday for a closet. This was not in stock here, but in Haarlem (I was told). I then drove to Haarlem and there it was also not in stock. This cost me half a day of time and then I go home with nothing. Called today with the service desk, where I was on hold for an hour, they could do nothing for me and I had to go back to the store. Also they could not order the cupboard online for me because of "probably a mistake" in the website
