I have been a supervisor for many years and the conduct I witnessed from other senior staff was baffling. Multiple employee's medical documents were shared by senior staff members to the senior staff group chat in direct violation of HIIPA. If you spoke up about this, administrators would ignore the communication and you would be isolated by all senior staff and labeled as problematic. I couldn't spend another day there.
