I recently had an average experience at a local salon. The stylist at Spencer & co did a decent job, but it wasn't anything exceptional. The salon has a nice ambiance and the staff were friendly, but I felt like my preferences were not fully understood. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I might try a different salon next time.
